Refund policy

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return is approved, you will have an additional 7 days to ship the products back to our warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging, free from stains or damage. You will also need to include the return slip filled in with the required information.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@brume.me. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as opened and used perfumed oils) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unopened consumable oils can be returned for a full refund.

For opened cartridges of oil that can’t be resold, we apply a small $20 deduction from the refund to help cover manufacturing and product loss. We want to reassure you that we do not charge the full value of the perfumed oil.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
